What this mode is
Kids & Teens Mode collects the FeelingsHelper companions written in simple, concrete language for ages 9-21. Companions cover big feelings, meltdowns, sensory overload, school and test anxiety, friendships, bullying, dating, and building coping skills that actually fit a neurodivergent brain.
Privacy
Everything you type stays in your own browser using local storage. No account, no sign-up, no Protected Health Information, and nothing transmitted to an external server. Aligned with COPPA and HIPAA expectations.
Not therapy
FeelingsHelper is free psychoeducational self-help and a clinical adjunct. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care and does not replace a licensed clinician. In a crisis, call or text 988 in the United States.
